As your pet gets older, you’ll need to adjust their diet to their development stage and health.

What advice would you give a new puppy or kitten owner?

First, you need to choose their food. If you want to modify your puppy or kitten’s diet, you should do it gradually to prevent digestive problems. Start with a mixture that contains 75% of the old food and 25% of the new one. You can gradually decrease the amount of the old food and increase the amount of the new food until they’ve completely adjusted.

You should also make sure you’re giving your new pet the right amount of food. If your pet isn’t getting enough to eat, it could lead to developmental delays. In contrast, if they’re eating too much, they could become overweight or develop other health problems. Speak to our team to find out how much and how often to feed your pet.
